The service
TradeJobSheet helps businesses record jobs, review completion reports, collect acknowledgements and share PDFs. It is not a CRM, accounting system, field-service ERP, legal advice service or compliance certification platform. You must be authorised to use the business information you enter and old enough to form a binding contract.
Your account and business
Keep your login details secure. Business owners control membership and should remove access promptly when someone leaves. Do not share one login among unrelated people. You are responsible for ensuring that users in your business are authorised to view and change the records assigned to them.
Accurate records and AI drafts
You are responsible for the accuracy, relevance and lawfulness of uploaded content and the reports you approve. AI can make mistakes and may be unavailable. Check each statement, quantity, technical term, photograph and customer detail before approval. The app does not send an AI report automatically. Do not represent a job sheet as a statutory certificate, proof of safety or professional inspection.
Customer signatures and links
A customer signature acknowledges the report and work described. It is not a safety approval and does not waive legal rights. Make the approved report available to the signer before collecting the signature, and never sign on someone else’s behalf without valid authority. Share links grant access to whoever has the link; use the appropriate expiry and revoke a link if it is disclosed to the wrong person.
Plans, payments and cancellation
The pricing page describes the current monthly plans and configured limits. Stripe displays applicable tax, charges and plan-change terms before checkout or a billing change is confirmed. A free trial does not require a card at signup. The business owner manages paid subscriptions through the billing portal. Cancellation, upgrades and downgrades take effect as shown there. Trial expiry or unresolved payment failure can restrict creation and editing without immediately deleting saved records.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another business’s data, defeat security limits, upload executable or malicious files, misrepresent work or use the platform unlawfully. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information. Use any configured AI account only with the account holder’s authority and in accordance with the upstream provider’s terms; TradeJobSheet does not guarantee access to undocumented third-party endpoints.
Availability and limitations
We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted AI, email delivery, hosting or payment processing. Keep appropriate business backups and download important signed reports. Features may depend on browser permissions and an internet connection. The service must not be relied on for emergency response or work that requires statutory certification.
Data, rights and liability
You retain rights in the content you provide and authorise its processing as needed to deliver the service. The Privacy notice explains how personal data is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights and liability for fraud. These terms are governed by the law applicable to the operating business, subject to mandatory rights; contact the operator for its registered details before entering a paid agreement.

Contact TradeJobSheet using the Contact page for support, billing questions or legal notices. Material changes to service terms should be communicated before they take effect. The operator must complete a legal review and publish its legal identity and jurisdiction before a commercial launch.
