What happens when a trial ends or a payment fails?
Your customer records are not immediately deleted. After any configured payment grace period, creating and editing work is restricted. You can still read jobs, download existing PDFs, revoke links and export your data.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. The owner manages plan changes in Stripe’s billing portal. Stripe shows the effective date and any charges before you confirm. If a downgrade leaves you above a new limit, reduce usage or upgrade before creating additional work.
What counts towards the limits?
New jobs and AI requests are counted per UTC calendar month. Photos, recordings and preserved PDFs count towards storage. Approved and signed report files remain part of the history even if you remove a photo from the current job.
Is there a free version?
The public manual generator lets you create a PDF without an account, with up to four photos. It has fair-use rate limits and does not provide public AI access.
