Use your phone, keep the job together
TradeJobSheet runs in a modern mobile browser. Open a saved job, take photos or select them from the gallery, and add a short description. The job keeps the customer, site, requested work and evidence connected. You can return from a laptop when that is more convenient.
Voice notes when your hands are busy
Tap Record, allow microphone access and describe the work in your own words. The audio is uploaded to your private job record, and transcription can turn it into editable text. Review names, quantities and technical terms carefully: background noise and site terminology can lead to mistakes. Typing and audio upload are available when recording is not supported.
Four decisions that remain yours
Choose which photos to include in AI analysis. Check the generated draft. Approve the final wording. Confirm the recipient before sending. These are separate actions: the app does not let an AI response silently become an email to the customer.
Signing without a customer account
A customer can sign on your phone after seeing the approved report. Alternatively, create a secure remote signing link. Links expire, can be revoked, and only reveal the relevant report. A signature acknowledges receipt of the report; it does not certify safety or waive a customer’s legal rights.

The free generator creates a downloadable PDF without registration. It is a manual tool, not unlimited public AI. Use it for occasional paperwork, or try the full app when you need saved customers, report history, your branding and AI assistance.
Connectivity and device support
An internet connection is needed to save jobs, upload media and use the server-side PDF generator. This release is not an offline-sync application. Camera and microphone availability depend on your browser and permissions. The app always provides file upload and typed-note alternatives.
